Job Description

You will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and motivating the development team, ensuring effective communication within the team. Your experience in the automotive industry will be valuable, with project control experience being a preferred qualification. Proficiency in MS Office and English at B2 level is required, while knowledge of German at level 2 is preferred. Your self-motivation, integrity, and sense of economic acumen will be key in this role. Your primary role will involve providing external performance and materials for prototyping and ZP5, ZP7 trials, serving as an expert buyer for ZP5, ZP7 parts, and managing projects related to this. You will be responsible for supplier management, negotiation, ordering, and logistics for the parts ordered. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage the development team to successfully complete tasks, make appropriate decisions, and ensure task delegation and project target setting. - Manage and motivate the team, including performance evaluation and recommendation for remuneration. - Coordinate purchasing, technology, and their progression, as well as the delivery of parts and services. - Negotiate deliveries of material and services, plan project costs, and ensure cost adherence. - Assign tasks to team members, monitor task status, and coordinate prototype tool delivery. - Develop opinions and make recommendations for supplier selection. - Coordinate price negotiations with development departments and coordinate price quotes for project tasks. Qualifications Required: - Experience in the automotive industry - Project control experience - Proficiency in MS Office - English at B2 level, German at level 2 preferred - Knowledge of purchase practices, KSRM, SAP (Note: No additional details of the company were included in the job description.),
