Job Description

As a Project Manager specializing in PeopleSoft Technology, your role will be crucial in bridging the gap between technical teams, functional stakeholders, and external partners to ensure the successful implementation, upgrade, enhancement, or support of PeopleSoft systems in a structured and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage end-to-end PeopleSoft projects, ensuring successful execution and alignment with business goals. - Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, schedules, and risk management strategies. - Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to drive project success. - Oversee PeopleSoft HRMS, Financials, Supply Chain, or Campus Solutions modules as per business requirements. - Ensure compliance with best practices, security, and governance policies in PeopleSoft implementations. - Monitor project performance and report key metrics to senior management. - Drive change management, training, and knowledge transfer within the organization. Qualifications Required: - Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (preferred), with PeopleSoft-related certifications being advantageous. - Mandatory experience of 5+ years in managing PeopleSoft projects. - Experience in people management, appraisal & feedback, and upskilling associates. - Strong expertise in PeopleSoft applications including HRMS, Financials, or Supply Chain, with knowledge of PeopleTools, Application Engine, Integration Broker, and PeopleCode. - Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies. - Proficiency in Oracle databases, SQL, and data migration strategies.,
