Peoplesoft Finance Technical Consultant Hybrid Across India (Chennai/Pune/Bengaluru/Noida/Mumbai/Dehradun/Ahmedabad) Job Description: 6-8 years of experience of PeopleSoft Finance Technical. Peoplesoft 9.2 Application support and maintenance projects & PUM Update experience. Experience in resolving issues and user communication Good knowledge of Application Engine, PeopleCode, Application package, CI, BI Publisher, Integration broker Must have basic knowledge of following module AP, PO, GL, AM, AR, Billing, PC Good analytical and problem-solving skills Worked on PeopleSoft 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.59 and up. Job Role & responsibilities:- This role involves working closely with business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation, enhancement, and support of PeopleSoft Financials modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PeopleSoft Financials and possess both technical and functional expertise Implementation & Upgrades: Lead and participate in the implementation and upgrade projects of PeopleSoft Financial modules. Configure and customize PeopleSoft applications to meet business requirements. Develop and execute test plans to ensure the system meets specifications and requirement Functional Support: Provide functional support and troubleshooting for PeopleSoft Financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Contracts, Project Costing, Asset Management, and Procurement. Conduct requirements analysis and design sessions with business users to gather and document business requirements. Develop functional specifications for enhancements and customizations. Technical Development: Design and develop technical solutions using PeopleTools, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, and other relevant technologies. Perform data conversions, interfaces, and integrations with other systems. Conduct performance tuning and optimization of PeopleSoft applications. User Training & Support: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users and support teams. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for PeopleSoft FSCM applications. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide user support. Project Management: Manage small to medium-sized projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordination of tasks.
