Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager with strong expertise in Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and end-to-end project delivery. The ideal candidate will manage multiple cross-functional teams, ensure timely and high-quality delivery, and act as the bridge between stakeholders, clients, and the technical delivery team.

Key Responsibilities:

Project & Delivery Management:

Plan, execute, and deliver IT/software projects within defined timelines, scope, and budget.
Oversee project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Define delivery roadmaps and ensure sprint goals align with client expectations and business objectives.
Manage project risks, dependencies, and changes using best practices and tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.).

Agile & Scrum Leadership:

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Champion Agile and Scrum principles, ensuring adherence across teams.
Collaborate with Product/Project Owners to prioritize backlog and manage sprint velocity.
Continuously improve team efficiency and agile maturity.

Team Management:

Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (developers, QA, DevOps, designers).
Set clear goals, manage workloads, and ensure accountability.
Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and foster a collaborative culture.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and business stakeholders.
Translate client requirements into actionable technical tasks.
Manage expectations through proactive communication and progress reporting.
Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

PMP & Governance:

Apply PMP or equivalent project management frameworks to ensure structured delivery.
Create and maintain documentation (project plans, risk logs, reports, KPIs).
Report progress to senior leadership and ensure governance compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 3 years leading Agile/Scrum teams.
Certifications preferred: PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or Agile Coach.
Strong experience with Agile tools: JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Trello, MS Project, etc.
Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
Proven experience in delivery management of software/IT projects.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
