Role Summary

Manage end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring scope, timeline, quality, and cost targets are met. Drive Agile/Scrum practices to enhance team productivity and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with stakeholders, manage risks, and lead cross-functional teams to successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project planning, scheduling, estimation, resource allocation, and execution.
Manage scope, requirements, and change control with customers.
Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams on Scrum maturity and best practices.
Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders.
Drive quality assurance and defect management activities.
Mentor and develop team members, promoting skill enhancement and engagement.
Ensure compliance with governance and quality standards.
Collaborate with account managers to align projects with business goals.
