Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Product Development ProjectManager to lead cross-functional teams in the successful planning, execution, anddelivery of new product initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a solid technicalbackground combined with strong project management skills, and the ability to guideprojects from concept to market launch. This role requires excellent leadership,communication, and problem-solving abilities to ensure projects are delivered on time,within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead end-to-end project management for new product development initiatives. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, andbudgets. Coordinate global cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing,manufacturing, supply chain, quality, etc.) to ensure alignment and execution. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and key milestones in collaborationwith stakeholders. Manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests proactively. Facilitate regular project meetings, design reviews, and status updates. Track project performance using KPIs, report progress to management, andescalate issues as needed. Ensure compliance with internal development processes and relevant regulatorystandards. Support product lifecycle management from prototype to production release. Collaborate with customers and suppliers where applicable.

Qualifications

 +3 years of experience in product development and project management. Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional product developmentprojects. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project or similar). Solid understanding of engineering and product development processes (e.g.,Stage-Gate, Agile, V-Model). Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with high attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, also relatedto global collaboration. Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive teams to meet deadlines. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Product Design, or a relevant field related toproduct development. PMP, Prince2, or similar project management certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

 Experience in industries developing industrial equipment similar to ventilationequipment such as fans and air handling units. Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) systems and documentationstandards. Technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, or software developmentprinciples. Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., ISO, CE marking). Experience with cost tracking, risk assessment, and supplier engagement.
