Role Description

Surat/Mumbai

We are looking for a skilled project manager to join our dynamic team at devx commerce.

As a project manager, you will be responsible for leading professional services engagements, ensuring projects meet scope, timeline, milestones, budget and quality expectations, through planning, controlling and managing projects and the agreed delivery methodology alongside any other processes, procedures and guidelines related to project delivery established by clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular project team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and action items.
• Monitor and report on project performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project team.
• Facilitate effective communication between team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 year of experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

Requirements:

Project Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements.

Execution and Monitoring: Lead project teams in executing project plans. Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

Team Leadership: Provide clear direction and leadership to project teams. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, ensuring effective communication and coordination.

Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards. Conduct regular reviews and implement best practices for project management. Guarantee the performance of the teams, with quality and opportunity before the clients, and ensure that the guidelines of both the client's and the organization's frameworks are met.

Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve project issues. Escalate issues when necessary and work with stakeholders to find effective solutions.

Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
