Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager with strong experience in retail branding, store rollouts, fabrication, space design, and on-ground executions.

The role requires complete end-to-end project ownership—from client communication, internal coordination, design review, vendor management, site supervision, quality control, to final billing closure.

This is a client-facing, execution role suited only for professionals from the Advertising, Retail Design, Experiential Marketing, or Interiors/Fit-out industry.


Key Responsibilities

1. Client Communication & Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Understand client briefs, expectations, brand guidelines, and ensure proper translation into project deliverables.
  • Build and maintain strong PR and long-term relationships with client stakeholders.

2. Coordination with Design & Creative Teams

  • Work closely with the design team to ensure concepts, layouts, 3D designs, BOQs, and technical drawings match the client brief.
  • Provide execution feasibility inputs and ensure timely design delivery.

3. On-Ground Project Execution

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of branding, retail fit-outs, signage installation, activations, events, kiosks, VM setups, etc.
  • Conduct regular

    site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to approved designs.
  • Coordinate with fabrication partners, production units, and external vendors for smooth execution.

4. Vendor & Production Management

  • Identify, brief, and supervise vendors for fabrication, printing, installation, and other production activities.
  • Negotiate timelines and costs while ensuring high-quality output.
  • Ensure vendor compliance with site safety and operational SOPs.

5. Project Planning & Tracking

  • Prepare project timelines, resource plans, execution schedules, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Track progress and ensure timely delivery within the approved budget.

6. Billing & Documentation

  • Prepare and verify BOQs, production sheets, certifications, and work completion reports.
  • Coordinate with the finance team for billing closure and ensure timely client approvals.


Candidate Requirements

  • Preferred experience in Retail Design, Advertising, Branding, or Interior Fit-Out industry.
  • 8–12 years of experience managing projects.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and PR skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent on-ground execution understanding: fabrication, printing, materials, installation methods, store layouts, and technical drawings.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of PM tools is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, budgeting, and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to travel for site supervision as per project requirements.
