We are seeking a skilled and experienced legal professional specializing in RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) compliance and litigation to join our in-house legal team. The Advocate will be responsible for handling all legal matters related to real estate transactions, project approvals, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution under RERA and other real estate laws.Key Responsibilities:1. RERA Compliance & Advisory:Ensure compliance with RERA Act, 2016 and related regulations for all real estate projects.Handle RERA registrations, documentation, and legal approvals for ongoing and new projects.Draft and review agreements for sale, allotment letters, sale deeds, and other property-related contracts to ensure RERA compliance.Liaise with RERA authorities and represent the company in regulatory matters.2. Litigation & Dispute Resolution:Represent the company in RERA tribunals, consumer courts, and other judicial forums for real estate disputes.Draft legal responses, notices, petitions, and affidavits for RERA-related cases.Handle disputes related to possession delays, buyer complaints, contract breaches, and regulatory issues.Coordinate with external legal counsel when necessary.3. Legal Documentation & Risk Management:Conduct due diligence on land acquisition, title verification, and property documentation.Review and negotiate contracts with buyers, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to mitigate legal risks.Identify and assess potential legal risks in project execution and provide proactive solutions.4. Corporate & Regulatory Compliance:Stay updated with RERA amendments, real estate laws, and local regulations.Ensure compliance with environmental laws, municipal approvals, and building codes.Provide legal guidance on joint ventures, leasing agreements, and investor relations.
