We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Treasury Operations Manager to manage our cheque-based payment processes, ensure timely execution of critical transactions, and maintain strong working relationships with banking partners. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in handling manual payment processes, coordinating with internal signatories, and liaising with banks for smooth and prioritized transaction handling. Key Responsibilities: Cheque Management & Processing: Prepare, track, and process cheques for vendor payments, payroll, and other disbursements. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (signatories) to ensure timely cheque signing and documentation. Maintain physical and digital records of all cheque transactions with proper audit trails. Bank Liaison: Establish and maintain productive relationships with branch managers and key personnel at partner banks Act as the primary point of contact for the companys banking requirements, ensuring efficient and prioritized processing of key transactions. Resolve transaction-related queries and facilitate smoother fund transfers, cheque clearances, and issue escalations. Support month-end and year-end financial closing with necessary treasury reports and reconciliations.
