Job Description

  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team in day-to-day recruitment operations
  • Print, format and prepare HR and interview-related documents
  • Call and coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling and follow-ups
  • Collect and document candidate details accurately
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for interview arrangements
  • Support in documentation and filing of candidate and employee records

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Educational background: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative coordination
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and email communication
