Roles & Responsibilities:

• Sourcing potential candidates through online career portals, recruitment sites, and social platforms.
• Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails.
• Scheduling interviews and coordinating with the hiring managers.
• Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs.
• Generate new leads through existing candidates.
• Process-specific Head Hunting.
• Following up with candidates to ensure joining.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
