Role & Responsibilities

As an HR Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the HR team with recruitment and administrative tasks. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing Profiles

  : Identifying and sourcing potential candidates for various open positions.

• Screening and Scheduling Interviews

  : Shortlisting suitable candidates and coordinating interview schedules.

• Candidate Coordination

  : Managing communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Report Preparation

  : Assisting in creating and maintaining reports using MS Excel to track recruitment and HR activities.

• Support to HR Team

  : Providing assistance with additional HR tasks and follow-up activities as needed.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with the following qualifications:

• Languages

  : Proficiency in spoken English and Hindi; strong written English skills.

• Skills

  :
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong email drafting and business communication skills.

• Educational Background

  : MBA with a specialization in Human Resource Management, completed in 2024-2025.
