  • Hypothesis: One of India’s fastest-growing creator-first influencer marketing agencies, combining data, creativity, and cultural insight to deliver impact-driven campaigns for brands across the globe.
  • OML Talent: OML’s legacy business representing over 90+ of the most influential creators, comedians, writers, and storytellers shaping India’s entertainment landscape.
  • OML Studios: Developing and producing original long-form content for television and streaming platforms with over 35+ shows and 75+ comedy specials across Amazon Prime, Netflix, MTV, Jio Hotstar and more. Also producing branded content for agencies and brands

Purpose Of The Role

  • Help OML discover exceptional talent and contribute to building a strong workforce that drives organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Helping OML build teams by assisting with the end to end talent acquisition process.
  • Sourcing potential active and passive candidates through traditional job portals and newer mediums.
  • Effectively screening candidates and evaluating based on telephonic interviews.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interview conversations.
  • Sharing feedback with the respective hiring managers and closing the loop with all candidates.

Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Time management skills & ability to multi-task and wear multiple hats in an organization.
  • Good with basics of Excel, word and powerpoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
