Youll assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across technical and non-technical rolesespecially in the SAP and IT staffing domain. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate management, and employer branding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
Screen resumes and schedule interviews
Maintain and update candidate trackers
Assist in employer branding and job posting
Coordinate interview logistics and follow-ups
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets
