Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Sourcing Candidates: Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Interview Process: Support the HR team in scheduling and coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and assisting in the interview process.
  • HR Presentations: Create and update HR presentations and materials for internal meetings and training sessions.
  • Data Management: Manage and maintain HR data, including monthly and weekly reports, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Currently pursuing an MBA in Human Resources.
  • Candidates should have secured a minimum of 60% marks in 10th, 12th, and graduation, and at least 60% in their MBA or PGDM programs.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
