Job Description

  • Handle end-to-end recruiting responsibilities
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, networks, references, etc.
  • Screen candidate s CVs and job applications
  • Prepare a Job Description, Talk to a stakeholder or a Hiring Manager and understand the requirement, narrate it and post the job on an appropriate job board/ Social media Platform.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the recruitment process
  • Coordinate with the offered candidate until they join the organization
  • Promote open positions through social media inside the company and use other channels
  • Represent the company at recruiting events
  • Coordinate with candidates on the interview process
  • Contribute to recruiting strategy and planning
