About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for end-to-end project tracking, execution, and delivery across multiple initiatives.In addition to traditional project management responsibilities, this role will also include requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder alignment, functioning as a bridge between business teams and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management :

Lead, plan, and track multiple projects to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk registers.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource utilization.
Facilitate project governance, status updates, and stakeholder reporting.
Manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects within scope, time, and cost.

Business Analysis & Documentation

Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Translate requirements into functional specifications, process flows, and documentation.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are well understood and implemented correctly.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and change management processes.
Maintain project-related documentation including BRDs, SRS, meeting notes, and trackers.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong experience in project planning, execution, and tracking.
Excellent skills in requirement elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
Proficiency in tools such as MS Project / JIRA / Confluence / MS Excel / PowerPoint.
Background in Microsoft Power apps, Broking Industry and Fund Management is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in IT, Business, or related field.
PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile / Scrum certifications are a plus.
4-6 years of experience in Project Management, with exposure to Business Analysis.
