Skills and

• Oversee and manage all aspects of project, this includes: Design Management (GFC drawing flow), Procurement Management, Programme and Time Management, Cost Management, Construction Management, Health & Safety and Sustainability, Quality Assurance and Control, Contract Management, Addressing Exclusions and any other tasks required for successful project completion.
• As an employee representative and administrator of the project, Project Manager is responsible to maintain contractual terms relating to the contract between the employer and to the main contractor.
• Act as the client's representative, safeguarding their interests and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure decisions and information flows to all the stakeholders involved in the project paving the way for smooth and transparent operations.
• Act as a lead consultant/responsible for coordinating and managing all clients consultants to ensure the project is completed on time within budget and right quality as per client development briefs and objectives.
• Hold review meetings with stakeholders to discuss critical project issues and assess overall performance metrics
• Prepares, reviews and checks interpret designs, plans, specifications and estimates for various trades of projects.
• Create and manage construction and project management plans.
• Create a comprehensive Master Schedule that outlines project deliverables and key milestones to track progress
• Develop and implement a robust Project Monitoring System for accurate tracking of project activities. And thorough documentation of all activities.
• Assess contractor performance in relation to established milestones and take appropriate corrective measures to ensure alignment with project goals
• Maintain the right level of manpower deployment based upon the need without having any hindrances/disturbances to the work progress.
• Maintain continuous on-site presence and Oversee staffing to supervise and coordinate construction works, ensuring efficient.smooth and uninterrupted progress
• Manage and coordinate all resources including construction materials, workers and equipment.
•  Establishes and maintains good effective working relationships with contractors, vendors and all others during the course.
• Continuously oversee the activities to be carried out, ensuring the preparation, regular updates, and maintenance of all records, checklists, and registers that align with ISO standards. And Ensure all the documents are ready & available for review during both annual external audits and periodic internal audits

Requirements and Qualifications:

• B.E/ B.Tech/ M.E in Civil from a renowned institution. Management Degree in Construction/Project Management is highly preferred.
• 15-20 Years in Civil Engineering with experience in residential and commercial projects.
• Ability to coordinate across a multitude of stakeholders and disciplines such as Process, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Architecture, etc.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Plan Swift, Primavera, P6, Revit etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
