Diploma / Graduate in Electrical Engineering /mechanical having 10-12 years of hands on thorough knowledge and experience in installation and commissioning of High side HVAC, Electrical, FF,PHE,FAS etc and allied services in 5 star Hotel as well as handover to operators. He should possess good communication skills. He should have knowledge of Auto cad. He will have to coordinate with contractors , workers and successfully get the work executed as per the drawings issued and able to resolve installation issues at site for all services
Role & responsibilities A graduate/diploma in Civil Engineering having 6-20 years experience in execution of residential villa projects/ township developments /Hotel project .He should have thorough knowledge RCC work well as of finishings . He should have reasonable knowledge of Services execution with high standards of commitments to quality and target achievements. Knowledge of Auto cad is essential. He should be able to coordinate with the architects , structural and services consultants . He should have be able to communicate in Hindi , English and local language of the place for which applying for .

Manage contracts from pre-bid stage to final handover, ensuring compliance with FIDIC conditions. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors during project execution. Ensure accurate estimation of materials and labor costs.
