Job Description

An Assistant Manager of Operations in a software company with a minimum of 7 years of experience is expected to take on a more strategic and leadership-oriented role, building upon foundational operational expertise. This position requires advanced skills in managing complex processes, leading cross-functional teams, and driving significant improvements aligned with the company's objectives. Should have hands on exp working with API Integration , GPS, GSM ,IOT, Telematics. Should be working on different clients CRM tools. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Operational Planning: Develop and implement long-term operational strategies that align with the company's goals, driving efficiency and scalability. Leadership and Team Development: Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance. Process Optimization: Identify and execute process enhancements to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve service delivery. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior management and other departments to ensure seamless integration of operations with business strategies. Performance Management: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior leadership. Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to meet operational demands and strategic initiatives. Risk Management: Proactively identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for operational matters, effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: At least 7 years of progressive experience in operations management within the software or technology sector, with a proven track record of leadership and operational excellence. Technical Expertise: should worked on CRM tools. Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze complex data, derive insights, and drive data-driven decision-making. Leadership Competencies: Demonstrated experience in leading large teams, managing cross-functional projects, and influencing organizational change. Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, with experience presenting to executive leadership and stakeholders. Problem-Solving Aptitude: Advanced critical-thinking skills with a proactive approach to identifying solutions to complex operational challenges. This role is crucial for driving the operational success of various NON TECHNOLOGY PROJECTS.
