About the Role

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage

  MS Dynamics 365 implementation and digital transformation projects

  from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
• Drive effective stakeholder communication, ensuring expectations are managed across both local and global teams.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure solution design aligns with business needs.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, providing mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices, governance, and compliance standards.
• Track and report on project performance, providing clear visibility on progress and outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and training sessions (English and Japanese).

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (8+ years) in

  Project Management

  , specifically in

  ERP/CRM projects (preferably MS Dynamics 365)

  .
• Strong track record in

  digital transformation projects

  .
• Solid understanding of

  project management methodologies

  (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Proficiency in

  Japanese language (JLPT N3 or above)

  and strong communication skills in English.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment, preferably with Japanese clients.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master) is a plus.

• Experience with

  Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, or related cloud technologies
