Project Manager

We have an exciting role of Manager - Project Manager to drive and translate creative and contemporary ideas to solid design and impact. You will have a key role in design and deployment of creative campaigns with our global clients, including many Fortune 50 companies.

This is an exciting role and would entail you to

· Lead and proactively drive projects forward - a proactive steward within a portfolio - NOT reactionary to a set project workflow

· Looking ahead to flag issues and roadblocks that may arise in a project or program

· Develop schedules for primary scoped deliverables

· Develop SOWs with AD/Dir oversight

· Lead weekly or daily scrum calls as needed based on client size/workflow

· Has 1-2 direct reports to manage for departmental growth - in collaboration with a Director/VP

· Managing delegation of work re: finances, WorkFront management, and estimates

· Build stronger relationships with Ketchum IAT - Account, Finance, etc.

This may be the right role for you if you have

· 10+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role within an advertising agency or production environment.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

· Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all tasks.

· Ability to convey information clearly and concisely.

· Ability to work collaboratively with teams across different time zones and cultural backgrounds.

· Proficient in project management tools and software or willing to learn.

· Familiarity with file management systems and digital asset management tools.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite tools.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

· Ability to manage the influencer, content creators assigned for specific brand

Preferred Qualifications:

· Working knowledge of Adobe Workfront, Jira and any project management tools

· Previous experience working in an offshore delivery centre or with remote teams.

· Knowledge of advertising agency operations and familiarity with high-profile global clients.

· Understanding of video production, post-production, or digital content creation processes.

Day to day:

· Taking charge of significant workstreams alongside dedicated teams, you serve as the primary contact for task assignments and maintain a thorough understanding of each project's status. This information is communicated effectively in daily, weekly, or monthly team meetings and chats, assisting the main Client PM and Client Director in monitoring the progress of ongoing work.

· Your primary focus is building on relationships with client directors, specialized colleagues, and mentoring more junior team members. You are getting in the habit of checking PowerBI regularly to track finances of projects.

· RUNNING TASKS or Workfront dashboards (hands on keys+ starting to get the bigger picture of the business)

· Thorough comprehension of scoping, estimates, timelines, and coordinating with all team members to ensure resource allocation across each project phase. (*Requires approval from ASD
