Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning:

  Understand client needs, define project scope, set objectives, develop roadmaps, and allocate resources.

• Execution & Monitoring:

  Oversee implementation, track progress, manage timelines, ensure quality, and implement improvements to workflows.

• Risk & Issue Management:

  Identify potential problems, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.

• Stakeholder & Team Leadership:

  Coordinate with all parties, communicate effectively, motivate teams, mentor junior members, and ensure alignment.

• Consulting & Reporting:

  Analyze data, present findings, recommend solutions, document processes, and prepare proposals for new business.

Qualifications

Education details: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Required Skills

• Methodologies:

  Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, etc.

• Tools:

  Familiarity with Jira and data visualization.

• Soft Skills:

  Strong leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

• Industry Knowledge:

  Deep understanding of client's business and project lifecycles.
