Project Management Officer

Role Overview: As a Project Management Officer (PMO) at WeHear, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and streamlining project execution across all departments. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a central point of coordination, ensuring transparency, alignment, and timely updates on tasks and deliverables. You will be tasked with monitoring project progress, collaborating with department heads for effective task execution, establishing KPIs, identifying risks, and recommending process improvements to boost overall efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and track project progress across all departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals. - Collaborate with department heads to ensure effective task execution, resource allocation, and timeline adherence. - Establish KPIs, report progress, delays, and improvements to leadership regularly. - Identify risks, constraints, or inefficiencies and proactively initiate corrective measures. - Maintain updated records of departmental activities and project milestones; present regular progress updates to top management. - Recommend and implement best practices in project and task management to boost overall efficiency. - Serve as a bridge between management and functional teams to ensure clarity and direction. Qualification Required: - 78 years of experience in the IT industry, specifically in project management, operations, or strategic execution roles. - Proven track record of managing multiple departments or complex projects simultaneously. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.). - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Proficient in project management tools like Asana, Trello, JIRA, or Microsoft Project. - PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus.,
