• Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
• Coordinate with various teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure project alignment and successful execution.

Owner Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owner inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
• Facilitate effective communication between owners and SaffronStays to address and resolve any issues.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with internal teams to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Encourage team engagement and support in achieving project goals.
• Facilitate regular team meetings to review project progress and address any challenges.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting notes.
• Utilize Google Docs to create, manage, and share project-related documents.
• Prepare and present regular updates to stakeholders on project status and outcomes.

Multi-Tasking and Problem-Solving:

• Manage project and maintain focus to achieve within the timelines.
• Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
