Job Description

You are looking for a Project Management Office (PMO) Consultant to support multiple Digital Marketing initiatives, Large Backend projects, and Gen AI initiatives. The role of PMO encompasses three main areas: Basic PMO activities, New Tech innovations based on Business requirements, and Project Governance and Financials. You should have 8-10 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Martech, Adtech, and CRM apps. **Role Overview** As a Project Management Office (PMO) Consultant, your responsibilities will include: - Monitoring and controlling project performance to ensure projects are on track, within budget, and meeting objectives. - Providing guidance and support to project managers, ensuring they have necessary resources, tools, and adherence to Governance processes. - Developing and implementing project management methodologies and processes aligned with the Business's strategic goals. - Providing regular updates on project progress, Change Request status, and ongoing Assessments/Audits to stakeholders. - Following up and recording Project stakeholder meetings and sharing the Minutes of Meeting. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Role of Project Management Office (PMO)** - Monitor and control project performance - Provide guidance and support to project managers - Develop and implement project management methodologies - Provide regular updates to stakeholders - Record Project stakeholder meetings 2. **GenAI and Tech Initiatives** - Engage with Business stakeholders and understand the need and value realization of GenAI initiatives - Capture details on the As-Is process and propose automation through AI - Discover and explore tools and opportunities with External partners and Internal IT team - Communicate, present, and seek approval for GenAI initiatives - Engage with Legal and IT teams for necessary approvals and assessments 3. **Monitor Project Financials** - Manage project financials against approved budget - Monitor Plan vs Actuals and highlight any cost overrun - Engage with Business/IT stakeholders for necessary approvals - Share Monthly cashflow statement with CDIOs office **Qualifications Required** - Ability to cope in a complex and fast-changing business environment - Updated with business and technical trends in Digital Commerce domain - Strong planning, organizing, and communication skills - Good influencing and persuasion skills - Team player with self-motivation and ability to work on own initiative - Clear decision-making ability and prioritization skills If you are passionate about Project Management, Digital Marketing, and emerging technologies, and possess the required skills and qualifications, this role could be a great fit for you.,
