Job Description

In this role as a Business Analyst and Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, which include BRD, FRD, and SRS. Conducting tasks like gap analysis, creating wireframes, DFDs, and functional specs will be crucial. You will also play a significant role in facilitating scrum, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives, while also acting as the QA for deliverables and effectively managing stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare project and communication plans, estimates, and governance models - Lead execution across design, development, QA, and deployment phases - Manage risk, change requests, and scope control efficiently - Track progress, publish status reports, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery - Drive transitions, retrospectives, and post-mortem reporting during project closure - Engage in stakeholder and vendor engagement activities, including preparing RFPs, evaluating vendors, and coordinating delivery - Participate in business development tasks like RFP responses, presales, and proposals - Maintain documentation, support onboarding, and facilitate knowledge sharing Qualifications Required: - Strong skills in BA and PM principles such as documentation, planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication - Experience in presales and vendor coordination would be advantageous Please note that this is a contractual/temporary position lasting for 6 months. The work schedule is during the day shift at the in-person work location.
