We are currently seeking applications for the position of Management Trainee, OTC Claims. We are looking for a candidate with comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the entire OTC Claims process. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the OTC Claims portfolio, maintaining strong customer relations, and working within strict deadlines in a business environment. The role may involve traveling to onshore sites for Knowledge Transfer. **Responsibilities:** - Manage the OTC Claims portfolio and uphold strong customer relations. - Research and resolve customer deductions and disposition items. - Provide status reports on customer deductions. - Establish and maintain relationships with the appropriate business unit and corporate personnel. - Prepare reports and recommendations on claims problems and issues for the supervisor. - Determine the validity of disputes and issue credit memos for valid disputes. - Review disputed reasons such as pricing, shortages, damages, rebates, co-ops, and returns. - Obtain data from customers, freight forwarders, and business units. - Obtain necessary documentation to support the business's position on disputed invoices and prepare documentation for rebilling customers. - Independently manage assigned targets for calls and aged AR claims. - Communicate with US-based clients to discuss inputs and resolve any queries regarding disputes. - Research fully open invoices that customers have disputed. - Support team priorities and initiatives and manage workload effectively. - Assist in the creation and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Provide the required data for audit purposes. **Qualifications:** **Minimum Qualifications:** - B. As the central point of contact for all cut-over-related activities, you will coordinate with various teams such as project management, technical, functional, and business teams to ensure alignment and collaboration. It is essential to ensure that all necessary resources, including hardware, software, documentation, and training materials, are in place for the go-live by coordinating with vendors, IT teams, and stakeholders to address any deployment-related issues. Maintaining accurate records of all cut-over activities, decisions, issues, and resolutions for future reference and audit purposes will be part of your responsibilities. You will also be required to prepare status reports and updates for project stakeholders and management. Additionally, you will provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users during the initial post-go-live period to ensure a smooth transition and address any issues that may arise.,

You will be responsible for designing a robust test strategy and high-level test scenarios to ensure thorough testing of the logic and handoffs supporting the End to End (E2E) business flows. You will collaborate with application teams to develop test strategies, identify data needs, and track/report progress and issues to obtain approval of test results. As a QA & Testing Senior Analyst, you will coordinate test executions, define mitigation strategies for testing/quality risks, and work with various stakeholders to confirm schedules and resource allocations. Additionally, you will maintain dashboards on testing progress, identify automation opportunities, and promote continuous improvement through lessons learned sessions and best practices implementation. To be successful in this role, you should have 3-6 years of experience in coordinating complex integration testing efforts, strong communication and team management skills, and deep knowledge of testing methodologies in agile environments like SAFe, Scrum & Kanban. You should be able to translate high-level specifications into clear testing requirements, have strong technical and analytical skills, and experience with integration testing across multiple platforms. Your responsibilities will include documenting test strategies and plans, assigning tasks to the team, working with large solution programs, providing status reporting, and influencing participants to drive results. You should be detail-oriented, adaptable in a dynamic work environment, and have solid interpersonal and team-building skills. Knowledge of the Healthcare industry/PBM is preferred, and experience with tools like Jira, SOAP UI, Informatica, and ETL testing will be beneficial. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related technical/business field or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in functional testing, SQL, Agile methodologies, and tools like Selenium with Java and Cucumber BDD Framework will be advantageous. Strong time management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a diverse environment are essential for this role.,
