About The Position

We are seeking a Software Project Lead with 3–6 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Pune. As a fast-growing company transforming 3D engineering software development, we are expanding our leadership team to support global growth.

Key Responsibilities

Understand client expectations and manage relationships effectively
Lead project execution, reporting, and team coordination
Represent nCircle with a customer-centric approach
Mentor team members to foster continuous improvement
Support recruitment and candidate assessments
Travel domestically and internationally for client/supplier meetings

Requirements

3–6 years of experience in project management or related roles
Strong technical understanding and ability to manage scope
Excellent prioritization, forecasting, and organizational skills
Experience managing mid-sized teams and international clients
Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
