Job Title: Technical Team Lead Location: TechM Noida NSEZ Years of Experience: 7 10 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Team Lead with extensive experience in vRAN, ORAN, and cRAN architecture, concepts, and procedures. The ideal candidate will lead a team of engineers in the design, development, and implementation of advanced telecommunications solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of network architecture and the ability to drive technical excellence within the team. Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of engineers in the development and deployment of vRAN, ORAN, and cRAN solutions. Design and implement network architecture that meets client requirements and industry standards. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies. Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance on best practices in network design and implementation. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in telecommunications technology. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively to ensure successful project completion. Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to align project goals. Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle. Mandatory Skills: Strong knowledge of vRAN, ORAN, and cRAN architecture, concepts, and procedures. Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing complex projects. Expertise in network design and implementation, with a focus on telecommunications. Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud based network solutions and virtualization technologies. Familiarity with network security protocols and best practices. Knowledge of software development methodologies and tools. Experience in Agile project management frameworks. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field. 7 10 years of experience in telecommunications or related industries. Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership. Relevant certifications in telecommunications or project management are a plus.
