Job Description

As a Project Lead in Learning & Development, you will be pivotal in overseeing and managing the planning, coordination, and execution of various learning and development projects. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will ensure the successful delivery of training initiatives aligned with business needs. Your responsibilities will include initiating project kick off meetings, brainstorming with stakeholders and L&D team members to understand requirements, and driving suitable solutions. Working closely with Project Managers and Coordinators, you will create quality reports and operational reports. Collaborating with learning stakeholders, you will initiate projects to define scope, objectives, and deliverables. By conducting needs analysis, you will determine effective learning methodologies and technologies. Developing and implementing learning projects in alignment with organizational goals, you will create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets. Your role will involve managing the development and delivery of various training materials such as e-learning modules, learning videos, apps, and job aids. You will also liaise with external vendors and partners to ensure successful delivery of outsourced learning initiatives. Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and facilitating effective communication among project team members will be crucial for timely completion of milestones. Evaluating project outcomes, collecting feedback for continuous improvement, and staying updated with industry trends will enhance project success. Maintaining project documentation, including charters, plans, and training materials, will be part of your responsibilities. We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in engineering, human resources, or related field, with 6+ years of project management experience in e-Learning. Strong communication skills, knowledge of learning strategies, organizational skills, and proficiency in project management tools are essential. Additionally, adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a focus on cutting-edge technologies are desired qualities. Preferred qualifications include experience in instructional design principles, working with offshore stakeholders and vendors, and familiarity with HVAC/building automation industry. Creativity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement are valued traits. Proficiency in PowerBI, Agile methodologies, and establishing feedback mechanisms will be beneficial for project success.,
