Job Description

Head – Projects (Civil Construction) Location: Mumbai Experience: 20-25 years Type: Full-Time | Senior Leadership Role About the Role We are seeking an accomplished Senior Project Management professional with over 20 years of experience in managing and delivering complex residential, commercial, MEP, and infrastructure projects. As Head – Projects, you will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, ensuring seamless coordination, timely delivery, budget control, and adherence to the highest quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Lead multiple large-scale construction projects from concept to handover (residential, commercial, MEP, infrastructure). Develop and manage project execution strategies, schedules, budgets, and site logistics. Oversee cross-functional project teams including civil, MEP, finishing, and infrastructure. Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and environmental norms across all sites. Conduct detailed cost analysis, tendering, contract negotiation, and BOQ finalization. Manage coordination among consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Monitor progress, report regularly, and proactively resolve issues or delays. Lead successful project handovers with full operational readiness. Mentor, guide, and develop the internal project management team. Key Requirements Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering (preferred: NICMAR / Advanced Construction Management certification). 20–25 years of experience in the civil construction industry. Strong background in high-rise towers, luxury residential/commercial projects, and infrastructure works. Proven ability to manage large-scale projects from planning through to handover. Expertise in contract administration, costing, execution, and QA/QC processes. Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, AutoCAD, SAP ERP. Demonstrated success in vendor and stakeholder management at scale. Excellent leadership, team development, and decision-making skills. Results-driven with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement. Preferred Personal Attributes High energy, adaptable, and results-oriented.
