Location: Bengaluru, India Experience: 15 to 20 Years Salary: 2530 LPA (based on experience) Notice Period: Immediate to 60 Days Education: B.Arch / B.E. Civil / Construction Management (Master’s preferred) Job Description: We are hiring a Project Director to lead high-value institutional and commercial projects across all stages—from concept to handover. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for design oversight, project governance, stakeholder alignment, and execution integrity. You will work closely with senior architects, project managers, consultants, and clients to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end ownership of architectural consultancy projects Review and vet project scope during pre-award and proposal phases Oversee design management with internal teams and external consultants Mentor Project Managers and supervise cost, quality, and schedule adherence Act as the primary escalation point for design and coordination challenges Engage with clients, PMCs, contractors, and statutory authorities Ensure project execution aligns with design intent and compliance norms Support tendering, bid evaluation, and construction phase oversight Required Skills & Expertise: Strong leadership in institutional, hospitality, or campus-scale projects Cross-functional coordination (architectural, MEP, structural) Team mentorship and problem-solving under pressure Excellent communication and stakeholder management Contract understanding and commercial awareness Technical Skills: AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project/Primavera Familiarity with green building practices (LEED/GRIHA preferred) Ideal Candidate: A senior architectural or civil professional with hands-on experience in managing large-scale projects, leading cross-disciplinary teams, and ensuring both design excellence and execution precision.
