Job Summary: The Project Head is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all aspects of a project, from initial planning through final delivery. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards. The Project Head coordinates between departments, manages teams, monitors progress, and resolves issues to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead, plan, and manage end-to-end project lifecycle. Define project scope, goals, timelines, deliverables, and resources. Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, operations, and finance. Allocate resources, monitor project budgets, and ensure cost efficiency. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Track project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Ensure all project documentation is maintained as per organizational standards. Communicate with stakeholders, management, and clients regularly on project status and milestones. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and quality standards. Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of project team members. Implement process improvements for better project delivery outcomes.
