Overview: Looking for Professionals having minimum 10 Yrs experience in Chemical or Hazardous industries in the role of Cluster Head/Unit Head/ Plant Head managed multiple factories or large operation independently. Job Description: Prepare, communicate, and monitor the annual budget for the site(s) assigned Planning, resource utilization & workforce management at the site. Implement cost-saving measures to substantially reduce person-days, production costs, raw materials, and energy consumption. Establish and maintain liaison with external professional, business, financial, and governmental bodies relevant to the operations. Stakeholder management, including MPPCB, CPCB & MOEF Implement safety, health, and environment ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OSHAS18001 (IMS). Maintain & Monitor project MIS Review, update and monitor the risk register for the site(s)Competencies: Looking for Professionals having minimum 10 Yrs experience in Chemical or Hazardous industries in the role of Cluster Head/Unit Head/ Plant Head managed multiple factories or large operation independently. Qualification/Basic Requirement: Education : BE/B.Tech/Post Graduation. Domain Knowledge: Hazardous Process/ Waste Management having knowledge of Pollution control rules & regulation. Strong Stake holder management skill with Customers, Govt Bodies and Regulators. Hand on implementation skill of Environment, Health & Safety management of Robust & Critical operations. Strong leadership skill with Business acumen and experience in building winning team. Technical knowledge in Incineration, Boiler, ETP, Landfill and MEE.
