Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Head to lead and oversee the successful execution of all interior design and fit-out projects from conception to completion. The Project Head will be responsible for strategic planning, team leadership, stakeholder management, budget control, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a keen eye for design and detail. Key Responsibilities: * Project Planning & Strategy: * Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and budget. * Define project milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics. * Contribute to strategic business development and project pipeline planning. * Team Leadership & Management: * Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of project managers, designers, site supervisors, and contractors. * Allocate resources effectively across multiple projects, ensuring optimal utilization. * Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. * Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment. * Project Execution & Oversight: * Oversee all phases of interior projects, from design development and material selection to procurement, execution, and handover. * Ensure strict adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. * Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues. * Implement efficient project management methodologies and tools. * Budget & Cost Control: * Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability. * Monitor project expenditures, approve invoices, and track financial performance. * Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure favorable terms. * Client & Stakeholder Management: * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and managing expectations. * Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions effectively to all stakeholders. * Ensure client satisfaction through proactive engagement and timely resolution of concerns. * Collaborate effectively with design teams, procurement, and other internal departments. * Quality Assurance & Compliance: * Implement robust quality control procedures throughout the project lifecycle. * Ensure all projects comply with relevant building codes, industry standards, and company policies. * Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits. * Reporting & Documentation: * Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management. * Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and progress reports. Qualifications: * Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
