Job Profile: Project Head Position Summary: Project Planning and Execution: Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of the project. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards. Site Management: Oversee the preparation and readiness of the project site. Ensure effective site management, including logistics, infrastructure setup, and on-site coordination. Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to project plans and quality standards. Vendor and Contractor Management: Identify, evaluate, and select vendors and contractors for various project components. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery and quality of work. Conduct regular performance reviews and manage any disputes or issues that arise. Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, government authorities, and community representatives. Ensure clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle. Budget and Cost Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Monitor and control project expenditures to prevent cost overruns. Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts. Quality and Safety: Implement and maintain quality assurance and quality control processes. Ensure all project activities comply with health and safety regulations. Conduct regular site inspections and audits. Engineering Oversight: Provide technical leadership in civil or mechanical engineering aspects of the project. Ensure all engineering activities align with project goals, timelines, and budgets. Review and approve engineering designs, plans, and specifications. Candidate having experience into Greenfield would be preferred
