Execution of Civil works for Pre- Clinkerisation Structures like- Pre-Heater, RMH, RABH, RMB, Belending Silo, Kiln Piers, Cooler & ESP other cable Tunnels, Belt Conveyor Foundations and other Misc Structures Integrated cement plant with quality, safety & within specified time and budget. To ensure zero incidents and develop safety culture during work execution. Ensure quality of Project work and preparation of site specific quality plan aligned with QAP. Implementation of quality assurance plan at site. Reviews and interprets working drawings to determine the adequate information for successful completion of structure. Preparation of Project execution schedule, micro schedule, full kitting to monitor the daily progress of work. Co-ordination among inter departments, vendors, Consultants, Contractors to meet targets in line with project schedule. Scrutiny of contractors' bills and processing along with reconciliation of the materials issued to contractors. Monitor and control actual expenditure aligned with budgeted cost. Follow up with Contractors regularly to arranging materials, manpower and other resources. Work out the required quantity of free issue materials and follow up with inter deppt. and ensure timely procurement. Ensuring retention of manpower by time to time motivating them in mean.

Job Requirements Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Conceptual study, FEED, Detailed Engineering Projects in Oil & Gas, Refinery & Petrochemical Industry complying with the clients specifications & International Codes and Standards. Experience in Greenfield and Brown field projects Capable of handling Engineering projects from prospecting stage to after delivery support with economical and efficient engineering as per KPI. Co-ordinate with cross functional teams to ensure On Time Quality Deliverable. i.e Static Equipment/Vessel Design, Rotating Equipment Design, Piping Design, Structural design, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control system, Supply chain, Site and Fabrication Team. Co-Ordinate with Client, Consultants, Vendors & Contractors. Conducted Design reviews, Review Vendor drawings & Material Take-Off (MTO). Master’s degree in mechanical engineering / chemical engineering with sound knowledge of Petrochemical / Refinery / Power plant system design and detailing. Experience in analysis, design and detailing of Pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, piping system, pipe supports, and pipe support structures. Steel & RC structures, preparation / review of detailed fabrication drawings, QAP's, layouts, vendor document review cum interactions in Petrochemical, fertilizers & power plants. Excellent written and oral communication Exceptional organizational and record keeping skills Hands on experience in engineering & analysis in large MNC's and Engineering Consultants. Possess excellent analytical, problem solving, organizational, interpersonal, and motivational skills with the ability to move cleanly from theoretical to implementation thinking. Unfailing dedication to deadlines and commitments. Knowledge of PV Elite, AutoPIPE, CAESAR II are essential. Knowledge of STAAD Pro, ANSYS would be an added advantage. Experience with 3D plant modeling software like AutoPlant, SP3D, Bentley Plant Space, TEKLA , other PDS or PDMS Software. Work Experience Hands on experience in carrying out piping stress analysis (Static & Dynamic) of critical piping systems including pipe support definition, detailing and qualification. Experienced with applicable National / International codes (UBC, IBC, UKOOA, ISO, ASCE, AISC, ACI, ASME, ASTM, EURO,CSA , AS, Indian Standards) She/he should have the skills to work with diverse team of people, be innovative and adapt quickly to new and upcoming technologies. Prior or current experience in gauging as per ESC215 in New South Wales is mandatory. Proficiency in Power Rail Track, Microstation mandatory. Open Rail Designer preferred. Extensive experience and Technical Proficiency in Plain Line and Switches & Crossings mandatory, preferably in ANZ region. Experience with earthworks, including cut and fill modelling and quantity estimation. Solid understanding of Australian Track Design including interpretation of Standards and application of SiD, HSE regulations. Solid understanding of track construction methods, stageworks of projects, Way components and surveys in Australian region. Working knowledge of AMB standards and requirements Demonstrated ability to author technical reports. Demonstrated ability to present their work and represent their colleagues on the project in presentations and meetings. Technical quality of deliverables – undertaking checks of design deliverables completed by team members in accordance with company procedures. Timely delivery in accordance with design programmes. Experience of Attendance at technical design reviews including Design and Construction Interface meetings and Interdisciplinary Design Checks to present Track design.
