Job Description

A leading client of Empower Resources requires Senior Maintenance Person for a manufacturing company Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to enhance equipment reliability and minimize downtime. • Lead and mentor a team of maintenance engineers, ensuring optimal performance and skill development. • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and automation-related faults, ensuring minimal production disruptions. • Oversee maintenance of PLC, HMI, Servo, Robotics, Conveyor Systems, Pneumatics, Valves, Actuators, Vacuum Pumps, and Exhaust Systems. • Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations to maintain a secure working environment. • Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor coordination for efficient resource utilization. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and quality, to drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Maintain and review maintenance logs, shift reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for data-driven decision-making. Experience in system commissioning and maintenance of HITACHI, ABB, and SCHNEIDER machines.
