Should be able to guide the modelers for preparation of 3D models of Incico jobs. Responsible for quality control and technical accuracy of all deliverables from the IIEPL Piping team. Follow-up and verification of engineering, documentation and/or drawings. Study & analysis of client plot plan, design basis, SOW, Piping classes, wall thickness Calculations & technical specifications. Overview & response to Client/Vendor Technical Queries/Site Requests etc. Review of client stress and support design basis, 3D- design basis etc. High degree of familiarity with Navisworks for review of 3d models. Review of 3D model to ensure compliance of Clients / Project specifications, Maintenance and accessibility, constructability, critical piping flexibility , etc. Piping Manhour Estimation experience for Offers & Proposals & also on the Project. Experienced in preparing Piping Deliverable List & Schedule for the Project. Participate in client, Engineering sub-contractor, vendors, and other internal and external stake holders meeting. Participate in Incico internal project review status meetings & responsible for correct reporting of progress, delays, change notices, performance measurement, lessons learned and close-out. Conduct performance reviews and support staff development and training needs . Required to run a Skill Development Program in the IIEPL Piping Discipline: - To develop junior piping engineers/designers by providing them proper trainings. The trainings are to be aimed at developing Strong Fundamental Piping Layout Concepts. Shall share Lessons learned & Best practices from current & past projects so that the whole team learns from past mistakes and does not repeat them. Identify, develop & manage a team of Inhouse engineers comprising of Materials, Layout & Stress ( subject matter experts ).
