Key Responsibilities 1. Project Plan, Execution and Ownership Take end to end ownership of the project, ensuring all phases are delivered on time, withinscope, and according to quality standards Plan, schedule, and oversee the execution of project activities. Manage risk, handle any challenges that arise, and ensure effective decision-making to meet project goals Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and adherence to budgets and specifications. Allocate resources effectively and ensure optimal utilization of materials, manpower, and equipment. 2. Site Supervision & Quality Control Supervise site activities and ensure work is performed according to technical drawings and quality standards Perform periodic inspections to verify compliance with safety, environmental, and legal regulations. Coordinate with quality and safety teams for periodic audits and inspections. 3. Coordination, Documentation & Reporting Ensure seamless interdepartmental coordination by liaising with engineering, procurement, operations, and other teams to align project objectives, timelines, and resources. Maintain up-to-date records of project activities including progress reports, work permits, and diaries. Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly project reports to management. 4. Client Interfacing Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables. Conduct regular meetings and site visits with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and incorporate feedback into project execution 5. Budget & Resource Management Monitor project expenditures and work in collaboration with the procurement team for timely delivery of materials. Evaluate the cost-effectiveness of operations and propose cost-saving initiatives 6. Process Improvement Identify areas for process enhancement and contribute to continuous improvement in project workflows. Implement lessons learned from previous projects to optimize future operations. 7. Mobility & Travel Demonstrated flexibility and readiness to travel across multiple locations to ensure smooth execution of site activities, stakeholder coordination, and issue resolution. Actively involved in on-site assessments, vendor evaluations, and client interface meetings, contributing to faster decision-making and streamlined project execution.

Skilled in real-time interaction, hashtag strategy, and paid promotions. Uses analytics to refine content and increase reach and engagement. Visibility Campaigns: Specialized in designing campaigns supporting SBM 2.0 and behavior change. Strong understanding of IEC principles and mass communication tactics. Experience in cross-channel promotions using print, digital, and ground-level media. Leadership: Leads cross-functional teams with a focus on collaboration and performance. Handles delegation, progress monitoring, and mentoring of junior staff. Experienced in conflict resolution and driving results through team alignment. Risk Management: Identifies risks early and implements preventive strategies. Ensures compliance with legal, financial, and contractual requirements.
