Job Summary:

Project Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management of real estate developments.
  
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and cost control measures.
  
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and government authorities.
  
• Oversee land acquisition, approvals, legal documentation, and compliance.
  
• Ensure timely delivery and quality execution of construction activities.
  
• Handle procurement planning and vendor management.
  
• Monitor construction progress through site visits and reports.
  
• Mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively.
  
• Drive regular project review meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Liaise with sales, marketing, legal, and finance teams for cross-functional coordination.
  
• Ensure all regulatory and safety norms are met.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Construction Management (Masters degree is a plus).
  
• Minimum 10 years of experience in managing real estate or infrastructure projects.
  
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale real estate projects on time and within budget.
  
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and regulations.
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
  
• Familiar with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
