Project Head

* *Project Planning:* Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

* *Team Leadership:* Build and lead the project team. Provide direction, motivate members, and ensure effective collaboration.

* *Execution and Monitoring:* Oversee the execution of the project plan. Monitor progress, track key milestones, and resolve any issues or roadblocks that arise.

* *Budget and Resource Management:* Manage the project budget and allocate resources efficiently to ensure the project stays on track and within financial constraints.

* *Risk Management:* Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, minimizing potential delays or cost overruns.

* *Stakeholder Communication:* Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project status, progress, and any challenges.

* *Quality Assurance:* Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and satisfy client expectations.

* *Completion and Reporting:* Finalize the project, create necessary documentation, and prepare reports on project performance for management and stakeholders.

* *Travel Requirement:* Must be willing to travel **PAN India** to oversee ongoing projects and ensure successful on-site execution.

*Experience and Industry Background*

* *Experience:* 7–10 years of proven experience in the *Home Automation* industry.

* Candidates with experience in *Electrical*, *Wiring*, or *Ply (interior/electrical-related)* industries will also be considered.

* Prior experience in handling large-scale or multi-location projects will be an added advantage.
