Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of building projects including planning, design coordination, procurement, construction, and handover.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
Manage project risks, resolve issues, and maintain documentation for audits and reporting.
Conduct regular site inspections and review contractor performance.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and manage expectations.
Mentor and lead project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
