Project Head – Specialty Chemicals

Location: Kurkumbh

Experience: 15+ years

Reporting To: President / Directors

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end chemical manufacturing projects – design, engineering, procurement, execution, and commissioning.

Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.

Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and environmental standards.

Coordinate with vendors, internal departments, and R&D for smooth project delivery.

Select, train, and mentor project and plant staff.

Prerequisites:

Strong experience in chemical manufacturing projects (specialty chemicals preferred).

Engineering degree (B.E./ B.Tech in Chemical) – MBA in Marketing/International Business preferred.

Proven project lifecycle, capex management, and team leadership experience.

Willingness to relocate with family to Kurkumbh.
