Project Head

As a Project Manager, your role will involve overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects region wise. You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing project management strategies to enhance operational efficiency. - Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies. - Leading, managing, and mentoring project managers and their teams. - Setting clear performance expectations, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews. - Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and partners. - Ensuring effective communication and managing stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle. - Preparing and managing project budgets, including resource allocation and cost control. - Ensuring efficient use of resources and optimizing project costs. - Establishing and maintaining high-quality standards for all projects. - Ensuring compliance with all safety, legal, and regulatory requirements. - Maintaining detailed project documentation, including reports on progress, issues, and outcomes. - Providing regular updates to senior management on project status. In addition to the above responsibilities, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: - 18+ years of experience in finishing work of the Construction industry (Window work/Door work/Gypsum work/Tiling work). - At least 5-7 years of experience in a leadership role handling multiple states locations/Pan India. Your competencies should include strategic planning & execution, leadership and team management, budget and resource management, stakeholder management, risk management, quality consciousness, excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,
