Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Civil Head to lead our construction and real estate development projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. ## Key Responsibilities:### Project Management1. Oversee project planning: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.2. Manage project teams: Lead and manage project teams, including civil engineers, architects, and contractors.3. Ensure compliance: Ensure that projects comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. ### Design and Development1. Oversee design and development: Oversee the design and development of construction projects, ensuring that they meet the required quality standards.2. Collaborate with architects and engineers: Work with architects and engineers to develop project designs and plans. ### Risk Management1. Identify and mitigate risks: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.2. Ensure site safety: Ensure that construction sites are safe and comply with relevant safety regulations. ## Requirements:1. Degree in Civil Engineering or related field: Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.2. 10+ years of experience in construction: Previous experience in construction, preferably in a leadership role.3. Strong technical skills: Knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and project management techniques.4. Leadership experience: Experience in leading project teams. ## Preferred Qualifications:1. Experience with project management software: Experience with project management software, such as MS Project or Primavera.2. Certifications: Certifications in project management, such as PMP or RMP.3. Experience in real estate development: Experience working in real estate development, preferably in a construction company.
