What we’re looking for: 15+ years’ experience in civil/structural design, with a strong track record in solar projects. Deep technical expertise in foundations, control rooms, roads, drainage, and structural steel design. Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering projects on time and budget. Knowledge of international design standards and industry-leading software (STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.).
