Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in running lead generation campaigns via Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads . The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital performance metrics and the ability to generate high-quality leads within the defined CPL targets. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and execute lead generation campaigns on Google Ads , Facebook , and Instagram . Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including keyword research, ad copywriting, audience targeting, and bid optimization. Monitor ad performance, analyze metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS), and adjust strategies to improve results. Create and manage landing pages optimized for conversions (optional if using a landing page tool). Implement tracking using Google Analytics , Facebook Pixel , and UTM parameters . Collaborate with design and content teams for creative requirements. A/B test ad creatives and landing pages to improve performance. Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and competitor activity. Required Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads Manager , Facebook Ads Manager , and Instagram Ad Tools Experience in lead generation campaigns Knowledge of Google Analytics , Meta Pixel , Keyword Planner , and basic SEO Familiar with metrics such as CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and funnel optimization Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and reporting abilities Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Certification in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint (Preferred but not mandatory) Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Mailchimp (a plus) Experience in e-commerce, education, or service-based industries (optional)
