Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients over the phone, explaining our property offerings, and scheduling site visits. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and explain real estate projects. Generate leads and follow up with interested clients. Schedule and coordinate site visits for sales executives. Maintain client database and update call status regularly. Answer queries related to the property, pricing, and location. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions. Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships. Requirements: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and Hindi (or local language). Prior experience in tele-calling or real estate is a plus. Confidence in handling outbound/inbound calls.
